Summer Re-Gathering Plans

Subject to change at the discretion of our Elders and Lead Pastor

In order to meet for Hungry Games, we will be taking every safety precaution according to guidance from the health department and local, state, and national governing officials:

• All attendees are asked to self-screen before attending.

• Anyone experiencing fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms should not attend.

• If anyone in their household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough or other known symptoms) they should not attend the event.

• Vulnerable populations should not attend.

• Anyone who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event should not attend the event unless they have been tested and found to be negative.

• We will clearly display signs at the check-in table requiring those in attendance to maintain a safe 6 feet social distance while at the event.

• We will also clearly display signs that ask attendees to agree to being symptom free in order to attend and participate in the event.

• We will have multiple volunteers at each event helping to enforce the 6 feet social distance precautions.

• Hand sanitizer will be available at each event.

• Temperature checks will be given to every person in attendance upon arrival.

• All attendees (students, volunteers and spectators) are required to wear masks/face coverings.

• Any food served will be served by a volunteer wearing gloves and masks and will be individually wrapped and/or sealed (such as popsicles and bottled water). If the food item is not pre-sealed or wrapped (such as dinner; hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.), it will be prepared and served by a volunteer wearing gloves and a mask.
