Meet Austin
Austin Crim is the Pastor of Students at Redeemer Community Church. He started serving Redeemer in this capacity in October 2021. Prior to that he served as the Pastor of Missions and Outreach. Austin is passionate about missions – locally, internationally, and everywhere in between.
Austin graduated from Oneonta High School in 2015. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources in 2019 from Jacksonville State University. During his time in college, Austin served the local church in different ways – as student intern, interim student pastor, and international missionary. Currently, Austin studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary to earn a Master of Divinity with a focus in Missions and Church Planting.
Austin is a total book nerd. He also drinks real (black) coffee. His favorite thing is being goofy with his wife, Morgan. Austin also enjoys being outside – whether to fish, hunt, play ultimate frisbee, backpack, nap, or just about anything else.
Austin’s hope is to equip students know and love God through Jesus Christ and to urge them to live Spirit-filled lives through being good readers of God’s word. He loves students because they are eager to know who God is and what He has called them to be and because they are just fun to be around.
