Meet Austin

Austin Crim is the interim Lead Pastor at Redeemer Community Church. He has been around Redeemer since its founding in 2015. He has served as the Pastor of Missions and Outreach, as well as the Pastor of Students before now. Austin is passionate about missions – locally, internationally, and everywhere in between.

Austin graduated from Oneonta High School in 2015. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources in 2019 from Jacksonville State University. During his time in college, Austin served the local church in different ways – as student intern, interim student pastor, and international missionary. Austin graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 2024.

Austin loves books, drinks real (black) coffee, and loves being goofy with his wife, Morgan and daughter, Beth Karen. Austin also enjoys being outside – whether to fish, hunt, play ultimate frisbee, backpack, nap, or just about anything else.

Austin’s hope is to equip the church to know and love God through Jesus Christ and to urge them to live Spirit-filled lives through being good readers of God’s Word who then live out that Word in everyday life.
